About the Role As a Field Service Technician for FieldTurf, you'll travel to customer sites across Virginia, Maryland, and DC to keep synthetic turf systems performing at peak. You’ll perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs while delivering exceptional customer service as part of FieldCare.
What You'll Do
- Performing inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on FieldTurf synthetic turf systems
- Diagnosing issues and delivering timely, effective solutions that exceed customer expectations
- Completing accurate service documentation and reports in a timely manner
- Building strong relationships with customers through professional communication and outstanding service
- Educating field owners and operators on proper maintenance techniques and equipment usage to maximize field longevity and performance
