About the Role

Field Service Representative I, Manchester, NH, supports healthcare clients by delivering, picking up, and maintaining medical device equipment. You will interface with Solventum customers daily and work to cultivate superior relationships, while assisting with inventory of products, parts, disposables, and supplies. The role also involves cleaning, processing, and quality control of medical devices, general housekeeping, and loading/unloading equipment in company vehicles, with travel for training as needed.

What You'll Do

• Support customers (patients and hospital staff) with superior customer service and customer-centric solutions.
• Prepare medical device equipment (cleaning and disinfecting), disposables, and documentation processing for delivery.
• Track inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies.
• Locate missing or misplaced equipment as needed.
• Load and unload medical equipment from company vehicles.
• Attend training and other scheduled business functions which may require commercial air travel.
• Operate a company vehicle and comply with pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle history checks.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• One (1) year of customer-facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends) and participate in on-call duties.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position per the Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Travel availability of up to 10% domestic travel.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $44,800 - $61,600 USD, including base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
