Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineering Supervisor to oversee field service operations, equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute customer visits and service work orders according to the schedules assigned by the After-Sales Manager.
• Supervise the installation, commissioning, testing, and start-up of new equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct equipment inspections and performance checks to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose technical faults, identify root causes, and perform corrective maintenance and repairs.
• Manage service agreements and respond to customer complaints and maintenance requests within the required timeframe.
• Identify spare parts requirements, coordinate requests, install replacement parts, and verify equipment performance.
• Prepare service reports, document maintenance activities, and ensure work orders and customer invoices are properly closed.
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of company tools, testing equipment, spare parts, and other assigned assets.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
• Participate in the technical evaluation of maintenance team candidates when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in field service engineering, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in marine engines, diesel engines, or related industrial equipment is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage field operations, service schedules, and technical teams effectively.
