About the Role The Field Service Engineer will join NoteMachine, a BRINK's company, to perform second-line break-fix and preventive maintenance on ATMs across our network. You’ll be hands-on, people-savvy, and ready to tackle real-world tech challenges in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment.

What You'll Do

  • Perform second-line break-fix and preventive maintenance on our range of ATMs, including Triton, Wincor, and NCR machines.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues to fit with their service requirements and enable on time in full machine provision.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers and stakeholders are treated with respect and professionalism
  • Accurately document all service transactions and keep detailed records of any repairs or replacements performed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all repairs and replacements meet company standards

What We're Looking For

  • Field Service Engineering experience with electro-mechanical systems
  • ATM experience is ideal but not essential
  • A drive to deliver on your daily calls, and fix things right first time.
  • A valid UK driving licence (max 6 active points)
  • A methodical, problem-solving mindset
  • Clear, confident communication & customer service skills
  • Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays on rotation
  • No live or spent, IVAs, or bankruptcies in the last 10 years

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: £35,256 starting salary + Up to £1,000 onboarding bonus (dependent on experience and paid on passing probation) + discretionary bonuses
