Field Service Engineer – UK (Full-Time, Travel-Focused)

What You’ll Do

• Support clinicians by installing, maintaining, and repairing advanced laser and energy-based systems.

• Own your territory by planning service visits, coordinating with dispatch, and ensuring customers feel supported.

• Diagnose complex issues using your knowledge of electronics, optics, and mechanical components.

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unusual cases and share insights that improve product performance.

• Promote service excellence through clear communication, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach.

• Spot opportunities for upgrades, training, and service agreements.

• What You Bring

• Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Several years working with complex electronic systems; laser experience is a bonus.

• Strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to think creatively under pressure.

• A friendly, confident communication style.

• Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays.

• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel across the UK and EU without restriction.
