The Teradyne IST (Integrated System Test) Group is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, technically driven Field Service Engineer who is: Proven to be effective in consistently applying technical knowledge in achieving field service team department goal, include the system KPI, customer satisfaction, cost reduction or productivity breakthrough for Department or customers. Proven to be effective in working with engineers, customers, product support group, and operations, etc. In terms of to improve the production system uptime, MTBF, MCBA, MTTR, to improve the slot availability to meet the commitment to customer.
