About the Role The Field Service Engineer will perform service activities on ICU and Operating Room equipment at customer sites, ensuring high reliability and adherence to Getinge protocols. You will be a strong team player, build relationships with customers, and help drive life-saving technology to more people. What You'll Do
- Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at customer location in accordance with Company’s established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment and replacement parts.
- Installation, commissioning, calibration, and testing of relevant equipment at customer locations according to Getinge’s protocol.
- Implement Field Corrective Actions.
- Handle administrative work associated with service delivery.
- Responsible to customers’ complaints and providing support for corrective maintenance.
- Meeting key KPIs assigned to you as an individual and of Service department.
- Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with customers and co-workers through teamwork.
- Sharing of knowledge and provide advice to clients and their staff as well as all end-users, on the proper operation and usage of the equipment.
- Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude.
- Perform all other duties assigned by the Company and/or Manager. What We're Looking For
- ITE and/or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 3 years working experience in field service for industrial equipment
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to interpret service manuals and follow maintenance guidelines
- Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both verbal and written English Nice to Have
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry would be a plus
