Field Service Engineer - Hull

About the Role Field Service Engineer role based in Hull, field-based with a 4-on/4-off pattern, within NoteMachine, a BRINK's company. You’ll service ATMs across a growing national network, combining hands-on problem solving with customer service and drive to deliver on-site, on-time repairs.

What You'll Do

• Perform second-line break-fix and preventive maintenance on ATMs including Triton, Wincor, and NCR machines.
• Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues to fit service requirements and enable on-time in-full machine provision.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers and stakeholders are treated with respect and professionalism.
• Accurately document all service transactions and keep detailed records of repairs or replacements performed.
• Stay up-to-date with latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure repairs and replacements meet company standards.

What We're Looking For

• Field Service Engineering experience with electro-mechanical systems.
• ATM experience is ideal but not essential.
• A drive to deliver on daily calls and fix things right first time.
• A valid UK driving licence (max 6 active points).
• A methodical, problem-solving mindset.
• Clear, confident communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays on rotation.
• No live or spent IVAs, or bankruptcies in the last 10 years.
