As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in installing, maintaining, and optimizing ASM’s PEALD and ALD systems at customer sites in Dongtan, helping ensure peak performance and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Perform installation, relocation, and upgrades of ASM equipment at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues related to tool operation.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance following ASM protocols.
- Collaborate with global technical support teams to resolve complex hardware escalations.
- Provide user training and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in installation, relocation, and upgrades of complex equipment at customer sites, ideally semiconductor equipment such as PEALD/ALD systems.
- Strong hardware troubleshooting and preventive/corrective maintenance skills.
- Ability to train users and communicate effectively with customers.
- Ability to collaborate with global technical support teams and cross-functional groups.
- Customer-service oriented mindset and professional demeanor.
