Job title: Field Service Engineer (4 on 4 off)
About the Role Join NoteMachine as a Field Service Engineer and be a key player in delivering secure cash access across our ATM network. You’ll perform hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance on Triton, Wincor and NCR machines, solving real-world tech challenges for customers.
What You'll Do
- Perform second-line break-fix and preventive maintenance on our ATM range (Triton, Wincor, NCR).
- Collaborate with customers to diagnose issues and ensure on-time in-full machine provision.
- Provide excellent customer service with professionalism.
- Accurately document service transactions and repairs.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and training.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure repairs meet company standards.
What We're Looking For
- Field Service Engineering experience with electro-mechanical systems.
- ATM experience is ideal but not essential.
- A drive to deliver on daily calls and fix things right first time.
- A valid UK driving licence (maximum 6 points).
- Methodical, problem-solving mindset.
- Clear, confident communication & customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays on rotation.
- No live or spent IVA's, or bankruptcies in the last 10 years.
Nice to Have
- ATM experience (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
- £36,419 starting salary, with up to £1,000 onboarding bonus (dependent on experience) and performance bonuses.
