About the Role The Field Sales Representative will visit customers to discuss their current window problems and identify if Renewal by Andersen products fit their needs. You will receive ongoing training on our products and services and be equipped with a proven selling system and high-end technology, with hands-on coaching from successful managers.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: First-year representatives’ average earnings are $50,000 to $70,000; quick learners and veterans earn $70,000–$85,000.
