What you’ll do

Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail partners and professional end-users.

Independently plan your daily travel routes, appointments, and calendar to maximize territory coverage.

Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.

Execute local sales and marketing activities.

Ensure excellent product visibility through merchandising, shelf placement, and display installations.

Track industry trends and monitor competitor products, pricing, and marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

What makes you a good fit

Proven sales experience with a track record of delivering results.

Knowledge of construction, industrial, DIY, building materials, adhesives, sealants, or related product categories is an advantage.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent relationship-building skills with both external and internal stakeholders. Self-driven, proactive, and motivated by creating new opportunities while managing existing business.

Fluent in Latvian and good command in English.
