A leading healthcare management company is seeking motivated sales professionals with a strong background in medical sales, particularly within DME, Biotech, and Pharma. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and relationship skills, along with a Bachelor’s degree and a proven track record of success in sales. Responsibilities include managing relationships with medical practices, exceeding sales goals, and effective territory management. This role is home-based with travel required up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of medical sales experience with pharmaceutical, DME, or biotech
• Prior relationships in Orthopedic, Pain Management, and Physical Medicine
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary sales contact for physicians' offices and clinics
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Manage territory budget and expense management
• Ensure pricing and contracts align with company policies
