Minimum of 1–3 years' sales experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, FMCG, pharmacy, or retail.

Strong communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of beauty products and the ability to learn new products quickly.

Ability to confidently approach new customers and generate sales.

High level of integrity and professionalism.

Target-driven and comfortable working with sales targets.

Good customer-service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.

Basic smartphone/computer skills for reporting.

A valid driver's licence is an advantage.
