What You Will Do Drive Strategy: Analyze market insights and customer buying behaviors to build targeted sales plans. Pipeline Management: Identify, qualify, and convert market and customer leads using CRM and digital tools to maintain accurate forecasting. Customer Engagement: Build relationships through regular client visits and articulate the value of Alfa Laval’s products. Deliver Value: Craft tailored, value-based proposals and negotiate commercial terms aligned with company policies and risk requirements. Showcase Tech: Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations adapted to the customer’s technical understanding.
What We’re Looking For Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar discipline). Experience: 5+ years in technical sales, ideally focused on industrial process equipment. Bonus
