Job Title: Field Sales Agent and Sales Merchandiser

Locations: Abuja, Ajah, Alimosho & Badagry - Lagos and Kano

Job Summary

• We are looking for Field Sales Agents & Sales Merchandisers to join our team and drive sales, product visibility, and customer growth.

Responsibilities

Field Sales Agents: What You’ll Do:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers
• Promote and sell products
• Build strong customer relationships
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent support
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Sales Merchandiser: What You’ll Do:

• Build relationships with store managers and staff

• Ensure excellent product placement and visibility

• Monitor stock, sales performance, and merchandising compliance

• Identify opportunities to boost sales

• Share market trends and customer insights

• Field Sales Agents Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience

• Proven sales track record

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Sales Merchandiser Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
