About the Role The Field Recruiter leads full lifecycle recruiting for Abercrombie & Fitch Co.’s portfolio of brands. This remote role focuses on delivering high-quality management talent to stores in the New York/Northeast region, developing localized attraction strategies, and applying data-driven talent evaluation to support store leaders.
What You'll Do
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting for stores management roles from open role to onboarding
- Develop new and innovative localized attraction strategies that drive the best talent to your supported markets
- Partner closely with Regional & District Managers to understand the talent strategy in your market and proactively deliver talent to open and anticipated roles
- Network and build relationships with future talent
