About the Role As a Field Process Manager for ASM’s Samsung account in Korea, you will lead a team of Field Process Engineers to ensure world-class service delivery, drive customer satisfaction, and support ASM’s aftermarket sales strategy. This role is critical to maintaining strong relationships with strategic customers and delivering key business outcomes in collaboration with ASM’s global leadership.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement advanced process solutions for semiconductor manufacturing.
- Act as a technical lead for complex projects, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Perform software simulation testing and manage customer software requests, initiating escalations to meet timelines.
- Serve as the external field owner to drive and resolve field-related issues and sustain strong customer relationships.
