Purpose of the Job:
● To support the Zonal Operations team in field-level site operations, maintenance oversight, and site performance management, while gaining structured exposure to tower infrastructure, power systems, remote monitoring systems, and site security operations.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education ● Higher National Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering,Telecommunications Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer
Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Any Other Specifications ● Must be a recent graduate to be eligible for the Graduate Program.
● Strong interest in telecom infrastructure, field operations, and energy systems.
Any other skills Required ● Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
● Willingness to work in field environments and travel to sites.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the Zonal Manager in coordinating field maintenance activities across assigned sites.

Participate in site visits and field inspections to understand tower, power, remote monitoring systems, and security systems.

Assist in monitoring site availability and field SLA compliance.

Support escalation and tracking of site incidents and outages.
-
Assist in reviewing maintenance partner reports and field activities.
-
Support HSE compliance and participate in site safety audits.
-
Track site-level KPIs (availability, MTTR, preventive maintenance compliance).
-
Support site access coordination with landlords and stakeholders.
-
Assist in documenting site issues, root causes, and corrective actions.
-
Participate in operational improvement initiatives at zonal level.
