About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Field Medical Manager within the Gilead/Kite Cell Therapy Medical Affairs team, based in Saudi Arabia to cover Saudi Arabia and potentially the GCC. This field-based role reports to the Middle East Medical Lead and is responsible for engaging hematology/oncology thought leaders and healthcare professionals across academic and community settings, while acting as a strategic scientific partner contributing to local medical strategy. The Field Medical Manager will advance Kite’s scientific leadership in CAR-T and cell therapy by driving peer-to-peer scientific exchange, translating complex clinical data into meaningful insights, and influencing clinical practice in a rapidly evolving therapeutic landscape. What You'll Do
- Engage with hematology/oncology thought leaders and healthcare professionals across academic and community settings.
- Serve as a strategic scientific partner contributing to the development and execution of local medical strategy.
- Drive high-quality peer-to-peer scientific exchange and translate complex clinical data into actionable insights.
- Develop and execute structured stakeholder engagement plans, including mapping and segmentation of national and regional opinion leaders.
- Establish long-term, trust-based scientific partnerships with key experts, treatment centers, professional societies, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Act as a connector within the CAR-T ecosystem, supporting patient journey optimization from referral to treatment and long-term follow-up.
- Contribute to treatment center readiness and capability development.
- Support evidence generation strategies by contributing to clinical trials, investigator-initiated studies, registries, and real-world evidence initiatives; identify scientific gaps and opportunities. What We're Looking For

- Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and partnership-building skills across centers, societies, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to operate in a rapidly evolving therapeutic landscape and influence clinical practice.
- Knowledge or experience in CAR-T and cell therapy is preferred.
- Willingness to cover Saudi Arabia and potentially GCC; regional experience is a plus.
