About this role
About the Role Exa is building the field marketing engine to drive pipeline and revenue through in-person programs. You will own multi-city roadshows, executive dinners, curated hosted experiences, and select conferences, partnering with Sales to translate business objectives into repeatable, high ROI field programs. What You'll Do
- Own Exa's Roadshow Strategy
- Design and launch multi city roadshows aligned to priority accounts and industries
- Define positioning, audience strategy, and content tracks
- Build playbooks and templates for repeatable execution
- Establish a measurement framework including pipeline generated, influenced revenue, meetings set and held, and deal acceleration
- Continuously refine programs based on performance data and qualitative feedback
- Partner Closely with Sales
- Serve as the dedicated field marketing partner to Sales leadership and AEs
- Collaborate with Sales and SDRs to build invite lists and align on account strategy
- Enable day of coverage and ensure disciplined post event follow up
- Own executive dinners and curated hosted experiences that drive meaningful engagement
- Evaluate and Execute Strategic Events
- Research and recommend third party industry and AI focused conferences
- Ensure each sponsorship has a defined objective, audience strategy, and ROI target
- Manage execution from negotiation through onsite activation
- Act as a GTM Connector
- Partner with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, Brand, and Ops
- Translate business objectives into executable field programs
- Provide clear performance readouts and recommendations to leadership What We're Looking For
- You are an experienced field marketer who has built programs from scratch. You do not just inherit events. You architect them.
- You think in terms of accounts, opportunity stages, and revenue impact. Pipeline is your north star.
- You are exceptionally collaborative. Sales trusts you because you show up prepared, think strategically, and execute.
- You are highly organized and detail oriented. You can manage multiple cities, vendors, and stakeholders without dropping the ball.
- You are data driven. You care about what worked, what did not, and how to improve the next stop.
- You are comfortable in a fast moving startup environment where priorities evolve and programs need to adjust quickly.
- Experience working with AI, infrastructure, developer tools, or technical audiences is strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS field marketing or event marketing experience
- Proven experience building roadshows or multi city programs from scratch
- Demonstrated ownership of pipeline outcomes in partnership with Sales
- Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills
- Clear communicator who can simplify complex plans into actionable briefs Nice to Have

- Salary: $155,000 - $180,000 USD per year
