About the Role Centric Software is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead our Grocery & Beauty Retail strategy across EMEA and the CPG industry in the Euro Central region. You will plan and execute regional ABM programs and demand-generation initiatives aligned with our CPGR Markets strategy, collaborating with marketing and sales to drive regional growth. What You'll Do
- Define and adapt local marketing strategy to support EMEA marketing goals and local sales objectives.
- Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs in close alignment with sales to engage, nurture, and accelerate priority Retail accounts.
- Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns by account segments, vertical, and persona on multiple channels (LinkedIn, media, website, etc.).
- Organize and coordinate tradeshows, conferences, 3rd party webinars and Centric events.
- Develop supporting campaign assets and collateral with the support of the content manager and copywriters.
- Analyze campaign results (Tableau, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Conduct market, database, and competition analysis.
- Work with freelancers and external agencies.
- Manage budget & accounting. What We're Looking For
- 4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing targeting, with a focus on field marketing.
- Proven track record in planning and executing successful regional marketing programs, with a focus on ABM targeting enterprise (billion-dollar revenue) accounts.
- Degree in Marketing (Business School or equivalent).
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Proactive problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce).
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across international teams.
- Willingness to travel for events and activities.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and budgets.
- Languages: German (native) + English (Fluent). Compensation & Benefits
