Job Title: Field Marketer Location: Apapa, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time

Summary We are seeking a proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused Field Marketer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's loan products, generating new customers, and supporting prospective clients throughout the loan application process. The desired candidate must have experience in direct sales, marketing, loan services, microfinance, or a related role.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company’s loan products to prospective customers.
• Identify and generate new customers through direct marketing, referrals, networking, social media, and field sales activities.
• Explain loan products, eligibility requirements, terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules to prospective customers.
• Assist customers with the loan application process and ensure required information and documentation are provided.
• Follow up with prospective customers and leads to convert inquiries into successful loan applications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve assigned sales, customer acquisition, and loan disbursement targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and loan applications.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Submit regular reports on sales activities, customer acquisition, and performance.
• Represent the company professionally during field marketing and customer engagement activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing
• 2-4 years of experience in direct sales, marketing, loan services, microfinance, banking
• Proven ability to meet sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
• Must be proactive, confident, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to carry out field sales and customer acquisition activities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
