Are you a target-driven sales enthusiast looking for your next career move? We are recruiting motivated Field Marketers to drive our sales presence in Alaba & Mushin, Lagos!

The successful candidate will identify potential customers, visit retail outlets and wholesale businesses, build relationships with traders, generate sales, and explore new business opportunities across the company's product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit markets, retail outlets, wholesale businesses, and other potential customers to promote and sell company products.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Present company products, explain their benefits, and communicate pricing to prospective customers.
• Generate sales orders and work towards assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat purchases and long-term business relationships.
• Monitor competitors' products, pricing, and activities within assigned markets.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, market opportunities, and challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: SSCE/WAEC or equivalent.

• Previous experience in sales, field marketing, retail sales, wholesale sales, or a related customer-facing role is required.

• Experience selling to traders, retailers, wholesalers, or distributors is an advantage.

• Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Ability to identify prospective customers, generate sales, and build lasting business relationships.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a field-based sales environment.

• Willingness to travel within assigned markets and work towards sales targets.

• Please note: Previous sales or related work experience is required. Applicants without relevant experience will not be considered.
