Job Summary
- The Field Marketer is responsible for promoting the company’s real estate products, generating qualified leads, identifying prospective clients, and supporting the conversion of prospects into property buyers and investors.
- The role involves a combination of remote marketing, field activities, client engagement, property promotion, inspections, networking, and follow-up. The Field Marketer is expected to actively identify business opportunities and contribute directly to the company’s sales and revenue objectives.
- Although the role is primarily remote and field-based, the employee is required to report to the office twice every week for team meetings, training, strategy sessions, reporting, and other assigned activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and generate new leads through personal networks, referrals, social media, community engagement, events, and other marketing channels.
- Actively prospect for individuals and businesses interested in purchasing, investing in, or developing real estate.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
- Explore new markets, locations, communities, and networks for potential clients.
- Generate both individual and corporate real estate leads.
Property Marketing:
- Promote the company’s properties, developments, land, apartments, and other real estate offerings to prospective clients.
- Clearly communicate property features, pricing, payment plans, location advantages, investment opportunities, and other relevant information.
- Distribute approved marketing materials and property information to prospects.
- Leverage personal networks, social media platforms, referrals, and physical marketing opportunities to promote available properties.
- Represent the company professionally when marketing its properties.
Client Engagement & Follow-Up:
- Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective clients.
- Understand clients’ property needs, budgets, preferences, and investment objectives.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Provide accurate information and escalate questions requiring management or technical clarification.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects until conversion or closure of the opportunity.
Property Inspections:
- Coordinate and participate in property inspections with prospective clients.
- Accompany clients to project sites when required.
- Provide prospects with relevant information during inspections.
- Follow up with clients after inspections to address concerns and encourage conversion.
- Ensure that all inspection activities are properly communicated and documented.
Sales Conversion Support:
- Work closely with the CRM and Business Development teams to move qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
- Support prospects through the decision-making process.
- Identify objections and concerns and work with the relevant team to address them.
- Assist in converting qualified leads into paying clients.
- Refer clients to the appropriate internal team for documentation, payment, allocation, and other post-sale processes.
- Maintain awareness of sales targets and actively work toward achieving assigned targets.
Networking & Business Development:
- Develop relationships with individuals, businesses, professionals, agents, community groups, associations, and other potential sources of leads.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, referrals, and business development.
- Attend relevant networking events, exhibitions, property fairs, community activities, and other promotional opportunities when assigned.
- Build a strong personal network that can generate recurring real estate leads.
Market Research:
- Monitor real estate trends, competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and customer preferences.
- Gather useful market intelligence from the field.
- Provide feedback to management on customer responses, market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Identify potential locations, markets, or customer segments that may present business opportunities.
