About the Role Vantive is seeking a Field Market Access Modeller Specialist to develop and adapt health economic models and generate regional and hospital-specific HEOR evidence to support government affairs and market access activities across Italian regions. The role combines technical modelling with field market access support to demonstrate product value to payers and institutional stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Build, adapt and validate health economic models (e.g. CUA, BIM, cost-effectiveness) using Microsoft Excel
- Perform sensitivity and scenario analyses to support regional and hospital access and tender strategies
- Translate clinical and economic data into clear and transparent value dossiers
- Adapt global HEOR models and value narratives to Italian national, regional and local needs
- Support regional and local market access activities, including dossier submissions and institutional discussions
- Collaborate with Medical, Marketing and Sales teams and present evidence to external stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Health Economics, Pharmacoeconomics or a related field
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in health economic modelling and HEOR
- Strong knowledge of the Italian healthcare system and regional access processes
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and communication abilities
- English knowledge is required, written and spoken
Compensation & Benefits
- The minimum annual base salary for this position is €38,400 - €48,000. Where an offer falls within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, and the unique perspective you would bring to the role. Employment for this position is governed by the Italian Chemical and Pharmaceutical National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico).
