Job title: Field Maintenance Technician
About the Role The Field Maintenance Technician will perform preventive and first-level corrective maintenance on operational machines and devices per SOP, troubleshoot basic issues, and assist with installation, relocation, or removal tasks as assigned. The role requires collaboration with the operations team and vendors while maintaining safety and data confidentiality.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance and first-level corrective maintenance according to SOP.
- Handle basic troubleshooting on operational machines/devices.
- Conduct resets, cleaning, light part replacements, and function testing.
- Record and report work results, incidents, and spare part usage through the work system/report.
- Escalate to Second Level Maintenance (SLM) when necessary.
- Maintain compliance with safety, work health and safety (K3), and data confidentiality.
- Coordinate with the operations team, monitoring, and related vendors.
- Support installation, relocation, or removal of devices as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum education of SMK/D3 in Engineering (Electrical/Mechatronics/IT or equivalent).
- 0-2 years of experience in maintenance/technician (fresh graduates are considered).
- Understanding of basic mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work shifts, on-call, and mobile.
- Possession of SIM C/A (a plus).
- Competencies: Basic problem solving; Discipline & attention to detail; Good communication; Able to work independently & in a team.
