Job title: Field HSE Supervisor
About the Role This is a 3rd shift onsite role responsible for coordinating, administering, and enforcing the facility’s Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) program to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The goal is to promote a safe environment for associates and to support proactive safety leadership within the Operations group.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate planning, administration, training, and enforcement of the facility’s HSE program to ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
- Identify hazards and assess risk, involving individuals to identify appropriate safety controls, and provide guidance on accident prevention and occupational health to management and employees.
- Promote occupational health and safety awareness; conduct ongoing safety inspections of facilities, operations, and equipment.
- Monitor and enforce compliance to regulatory and company requirements; implement standard HSE support using tools from the Operations Excellence HSE Team.
- Conduct all necessary HSE training, including new hire safety training and other on-site trainings for hourly and management associates.
- Review SOPs and observe site roles to develop Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for each role within the assigned site.
- Facilitate incident investigations and root cause analyses; present findings to the Safety Manager or Functional Safety team to partner on corrective actions.
- Assist the Regional and/or Campus HSE Managers with Safety Improvement Plan implementations when necessary.

- Willingness to work a 3rd shift (around 6pm–6am) at an on-site facility.
- Strong communication skills to partner with leadership and associates on safety improvements and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, incident investigations, and regulatory requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: national $55,000 – $90,000 per year; state-specific ranges may apply (e.g., California: $70,304 – $90,000; Washington: $80,169 – $90,000; New York: $62,354 – $90,000; Colorado: $57,500 – $90,000).
