Job title: Field HSE Supervisor

About the Role The Field HSE Supervisor coordinates planning, administration, training, and enforcement of the facility’s Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) program to ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations. You will identify hazards and assess risk, involve individuals to identify appropriate safety controls, and provide advice on accident prevention and occupational health to management and employees. You will promote occupational health and safety awareness throughout the assigned facility.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate planning, administration, training, and enforcement of the facility’s HSE program to ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Identify hazards and assess risk; involve individuals to identify appropriate safety controls; provide advice on accident prevention and occupational health to management and employees.
• Promote occupational health and safety awareness throughout the facility. Conduct ongoing safety inspections of facilities, operations, and equipment to ensure a safe working environment for associates; monitor and enforce compliance to regulatory and company requirements.
• Implement standard HSE support using common tools provided by the Operations Excellence HSE Team.
• Conduct all necessary HSE Training, including new hire safety training and all other on-site trainings required for both hourly and management associates.
• Review SOP and observe site roles being performed to develop Job Safety Analysis for each role within the assigned site.
• Facilitate incident investigations and root cause analysis; present findings to Safety Manager and/or Functional Safety team to partner on corrective actions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $55,000 - $90,000 annually (national). For roles within California the range is $70,304 - $90,000, Washington $80,169 - $90,000, New York $62,354 - $90,000, and Colorado $57,500 - $90,000.
