About the Role The Field Engineering Manager for Specialist Solutions Architects in France will lead a team of SSAs responsible for key elements of the technical sales cycle. You will grow and develop a dynamic team with expertise in enterprise software, data engineering, and data science/machine learning, who will continue to deepen their knowledge of Databricks as the platform expands.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of Specialist Solutions Architects (SSAs) involved in key elements of the technical sales cycle.
- Grow and develop the team with expertise in enterprise software, data engineering, and data science/machine learning.
- Guide and contribute to improving the team's effectiveness; communicate complex business value of Databricks to customers.
- Deepen the team's knowledge of the Databricks platform as it evolves.
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading and growing a Field Engineering/Specialist Solutions Architect team.
- Strong background in enterprise software, data engineering, and data science/machine learning.
- Proven ability to communicate complex business value and impact to customers.
- Interest/experience in the Databricks platform and data analytics.
