This role blends preconstruction and field operations to develop well-rounded project professionals who may rotate between estimating, project controls, and field operations as business needs require. What You'll Do
- Estimating & Preconstruction: assist with quantity takeoffs, labor calculations, equipment estimates, and material pricing; support development of cost estimates, proposals, bid packages, and project execution plans; participate in bid reviews, risk assessments, and estimate validation; review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope documents to identify requirements and risks; assist with subcontractor and vendor solicitation, evaluation, and bid analysis.
