Job title: Field Engineer I
About the Role The Field Engineer I performs on-time and accurate preventive maintenance on medical equipment across one or more modalities. Working with experienced Field Engineers onsite and remotely, you will learn troubleshooting, repair and installation techniques and follow Field Modification Instructions and service bulletins to deliver service excellence. This is a remote role that requires occasional onsite support at customer locations; candidates should reside in Southern Wisconsin (Madison, WI preferred).
What You'll Do
- Learn to complete on-time and accurate installations, preventive maintenance, FMIs and/or corrective repairs.
- Assist more experienced field engineers with equipment installation.
- Work with experienced field engineers on basic troubleshooting and service repair needs on designated equipment.
