Job title: Field Engineer
The Field Engineer supports construction operations by coordinating field activities, tracking production, and ensuring alignment with project plans and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day field operations and construction activities.
- Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, and crews to ensure work is executed per plans and specifications.
- Track and report daily quantities installed and performed.
- Maintain daily field records, including labor, equipment, and production.
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of Work Plans.
- Support quality control inspections, testing, and documentation.
- Identify field issues, constructability concerns, and discrepancies, escalating as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience in construction

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related engineering discipline

High level of English (written and spoken)

A demonstrated ability to multitask, be a self-starter, and have a passion for construction and a job well done
