About the Role At Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you’ll lead field construction activities and help deliver critical infrastructure projects safely, on time, and to high quality. You’ll work with project managers, engineers, and field teams to transform how capital projects are planned, managed, and executed. What You'll Do

  • Lead field construction activities and oversee construction and maintenance operations across multiple service areas.
  • Perform pole groundline inspection and treatment; inspect, repair, and restore wood and steel poles.
  • Replace aluminum bell base insulators and execute other transmission, distribution, or substation upgrades.
  • Perform Transmission line work up to 30 miles and drive project readiness.
  • Manage field teams by communicating project goals, expectations, and safety requirements to contractor inspectors, field supervisors, and coordinators.
  • Provide technical guidance and problem-solving, ensure compliance with specifications, assist with material procurement, and resolve on-site issues.
  • Enforce safety and proactively identify hazards to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Drive quality assurance by monitoring work for quality and compliance (e.g., C‑Truss installations, T&D wood pole restoration, structural repairs). What We're Looking For
  • Professional experience in the construction and maintenance of substation facilities and/or transmission/distribution systems.
  • 10+ years of experience in construction & maintenance of electrical transmission/distribution/substation systems OR a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of field experience OR an associate’s degree and 8 years of field experience.
  • Bonus points for high-voltage experience and working knowledge of electrical theory; switching and tagging experience for hold/markup projects; experience managing field construction projects and teams; pole and tower inspections, repairs, and restoration; experience with environmental regulations for construction; OSHA 30 certification; First Aid/AED certification. Nice to Have

  • Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year
  • Compensation varies by location, role, experience, and other factors in line with local law
