The Field Application Specialist (FEF) is responsible for providing pre sales and post sales technical application support for SCIEX mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) within an assigned territory, acting as the key technical link between sales, customers, and R&D.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Pre Sales Technical Support & Demonstration
- Deliver expert product and application knowledge to sales teams to drive competitive advantage.
- Partner with Sales Representatives on customer visits; act as a technical consultant to deliver live sample demonstrations, application case studies, and performance data to support purchasing decisions.
- Prepare and present technical seminars, webinars, and conference posters to promote SCIEX solutions.
On site Installation & Application Training
- Assist instrument installation by providing on site start up application training covering LC-MS/CE operation, software, reagents, and consumables.
- Deliver advanced training in method development, optimization, validation, and data analysis (on site or remote).
- Post Sales Application Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide expert application troubleshooting for complex issues
