About the Role Teradyne Production Board Test Division is seeking a Field Application Engineer to provide onsite application support, train customers, and deliver technical support for BOARD test equipment such as mother board and AI server boards. The role emphasizes collaborating with customers and service teams to optimize test programs, reduce test time, and address daily production issues.
What You'll Do
- Provide first line onsite application support / consultation to customers
- Work with customers to improve test programs and optimize test time
- Collaborate with the service team to address daily production issues
- Develop test solutions based on customer-specific requirements
- Conduct training for customers
- Collect information and feedback to engineering to resolve hardware or software problems
