About the Role Kiewit is seeking an experienced Fiber Superintendent to lead field execution for fiber optic installation on a large-scale data center project. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of OSP and/or ISP fiber construction, driving safety, quality, and production across multiple crews and subcontractors. What You'll Do
- Provide direct oversight of OSP and ISP fiber installation crews, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project requirements
- Manage daily construction activities including conduit and innerduct installation
- Fiber pulling and routing
- Rack and cabinet installation
- Fiber splicing and testing operations
- Coordinate field activities across multiple crews to maintain production targets and schedule adherence
