Job Position: Female Hospitality Manager (Eatery and Restaurant)
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibiities
- Monitoring and training staff to ensure uniformity in service and presentation across all out lets
- Ensure company is represented correctly and standards are upheld
- Supervising Coordination of daily front and backend operations of all outlets
- Assist with all internal and external Admin related inquiries or requests.
- Supervise all outlet maintenance
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and maintain agendas.
- Assist with training sessions and seminars.
- Assist with ad-hoc Admin projects.
- Support other assigned functions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices
- Supervising delivery of stock to outlets
- Liaising with bakery and delivery staff to ensure smooth operations and delivery of goods.
- Conduct store visits to check on operations and compliance
- Identify customer’s needs and respond proactively to concerns
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Job Requirement and Skills
- Degree in Business Admin or Hospitality related fields with Basic Financial Knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure with great attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and implement feedback.
Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 / month.
