About the Role We are looking for a compassionate and committed Care Support Worker to provide dedicated and person‑centred support. This role focuses on building a positive, trusting relationship and offering consistent support across all areas of daily life - from personal care and routines to activities, appointments, and time out in the community. Support is tailored to the individual, with an emphasis on understanding behaviour as communication and responding in a calm, respectful, and supportive way. There are two vacancies: a Full Time role (37.5 hours per week) and a Part Time role (30 hours per week).
