Vacancy details The Female Apartment Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting and marketing our apartments, generating leads, and converting interested clients into bookings.
Key Duties
- Market and promote online apartments through various online and offline channels (social media, website, phone, etc.)
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information to prospective clients.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings (where necessary).
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion to bookings.
- Maintain a database of clients and update records regularly.
- Work with the management team to achieve sales targets and improve occupancy.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
Benefits and compensation
- Salary: NGN 150,000 per month plus commission on any business deal
- Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria
- Closing date: 30th Sept 2026
