Job Summary

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented female Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, monitor transactions, and ensure accurate financial documentation. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, integrity, and the ability to maintain proper financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounting documents.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and financial summaries.
• Monitor income, expenses, cash flow, and budget performance.
• Reconcile bank statements, invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions.
• Ensure timely payment processing and proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Support tax preparation, statutory compliance, and audit activities.
• Identify discrepancies and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with accounting procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be female.
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant accounting experience is required.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
