Role: Feed Plant Production Team Member
Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay Rate: $19–$20 per hour
📋 Job Responsibilities
- Operate the bagging system to inspect, label, bag, and stack feed products
- Load bagged feed onto delivery trucks and customer vehicles
- Inspect and monitor feed quality, weight, and packaging
- Operate tow motors, pallet jacks, and warehouse racks, and keep equipment in working order
- Keep accurate daily records of production, inventory, and loading
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
📋 Job Requirements
- Able to lift 50 lbs on a consecutive basis
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Available for second or third shift, overtime, and weekends
- Previous forklift experience preferred, but not required
- Production or manufacturing experience is a plus
