About the Role Federal Financial Management Transformation Senior Consultants support federal clients in improving budget and financial management operations by enhancing efficiency, modernizing processes through data analytics and AI-enabled tools, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. In this role, you will lead and support client engagements by facilitating requirements gathering, designing and implementing solutions to address complex challenges, and driving process improvements to strengthen financial effectiveness. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with federal health clients to design and enhance budget and financial management processes across the full budget lifecycle.
- Lead and support complex financial transformation efforts using best practices in process improvement, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Plan and facilitate meetings and working sessions with stakeholders; support program management and data analysis; mentor junior team members; apply best practices in communication, monitoring, and evaluation. What We're Looking For
- Experience in federal financial management transformation and knowledge of budget and financial management operations.
- Ability to lead and support client engagements, facilitate requirements gathering, design and implement solutions, and drive process improvements.
- Strong data analysis skills, familiarity with data analytics and AI-enabled tools, and experience with change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, monitoring and evaluation, and mentoring abilities; proven ability to build trusted client relationships.
