Business Analyst – (Salesforce Federal Delivery) Location: Remote (US-based, preference for DC Metro Area). Possible In-person expectations include visits with customers, Salesforce offices, and to Thunder offices in Tysons Corner, VA.
Job Summary: The Business Analyst (BA) plays a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions within Federal environments. This role works closely with Federal stakeholders to capture requirements, translate business needs into Salesforce functionality, and ensure solutions align with both mission objectives and security/compliance standards. As part of Thunder’s Federal Delivery practice, the BA serves as a bridge between technical teams and Federal clients—facilitating workshops, documenting processes, and supporting secure solution implementation.
