About the Role ExxonMobil is seeking an experienced engineer with expertise in Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC) to join the Kuala Lumpur Technology Center. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be part of a global process engineering team providing technical support to manufacturing facilities worldwide and delivering deep technical insights on FCC operations and improvement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with other global process engineering teams, site operations, and have opportunities to expand into other fluid solids technologies such as Fluid Coking (FLK). What You'll Do
- Provide active Technical Leadership, assisting organization in goal setting, mentorship of less experienced engineers, sharing technical and organizational knowledge, envisioning and influencing improvements and value capture
- Process modeling sustainment and deployment support
- Provide FCC process engineering and technical support to ExxonMobil and third party licensee manufacturing sites
- Provide capital projects with FCC process engineering and technical support to meet business What We're Looking For
- Experience as an engineer with expertise in Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC)
- Ability to join a global process engineering team based in Kuala Lumpur Technology Center and collaborate with site operations and other disciplines
- Demonstrated capability to deliver deep technical insights on FCC operations and contribute to improvement initiatives
- Interest in expanding into other fluid solids technologies, including Fluid Coking (FLK)
- Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills Nice to Have
