Section: About the Role On behalf of the recruiter, we are seeking an experienced Expatriate Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily hospitality operations, maintain high service and culinary standards, and lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Section: Key Responsibilities
- Manage all food and beverage operations to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and mentor restaurant and bar staff.
- Oversee inventory management, cost control, and supplier relations.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Section: Requirements
- Proven management experience in high-standard hospitality or dining establishments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills.
- Expatriate profile with very good hospitality exposure.
- S/he must have the permit to work/reside in Nigeria.
