About the Role The Farmer role is to develop and maintain a portfolio of restaurants to drive standout performance on the DiDi Food platform. You will seek win-win collaborations to drive profitable growth for DiDi and its partner restaurants, become a strategic advisor, and deliver excellent customer service to sustain long-term business relationships. What You'll Do
- Be the first and main point of contact with the restaurants under your care, ensuring close and ongoing communication and providing strategic vision; design solid action plans for restaurant growth and the best app user experience.
- Analyze data to gain deep understanding of restaurant dynamics and use data-driven strategies to increase current restaurant participation and loyalty.
- Build a pipeline of potential partners in your area to maintain a healthy intake of new restaurants.
