About the Role The role is focused on delivering an excellent customer experience in a pharmacy setting by selling products and services, following operational protocols on the sales floor and at the counter. It combines customer service with sales, cash handling, and basic product management to support store operations.
What You'll Do
- Ensure the process of customer service, sales, and cash handling
- Open and close the cash register
- Arrange, refill, and front products on the sales floor
- Perform product counts for inventory control
- Keep the workspace clean and organized
- Dispense medications via prescriptions (we provide training for this)
What We're Looking For
- Secondary education completed
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service, sales, and/or cash handling
