We are looking for hardworking, honest, disciplined, and experienced farm workers who are passionate about modern agriculture and ready to build a long-term career.
The Kind of Person We Need
We are looking for individuals with practical experience in one or more of the following:
- Tomato Production
- Pepper Production
- Cucumber Production
- Livestock & Animal Care
- Nursery & Seedling Management
- Irrigation & Water Management
- Fertiliser Application & Crop Nutrition
- Pest & Disease Identification and Control
- General Farm Operations
Ability to ride a tricycle (Keke) is an added advantage. Applicants who are willing to learn will also be considered.
Responsibilities
- Plant, transplant and maintain crops.
- Water and monitor crop growth.
- Apply fertilisers and crop protection products.
- Identify pests and diseases early.
- Harvest crops at the right time.
- Care for livestock and maintain animal housing.
- Keep the farm clean, organised and safe.
- Operate farm tools and equipment responsibly.
- Transport farm produce, farm inputs and workers using the farm tricycle when required.
