A respected healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Family Physician to assume a consultant-level leadership role. The position is full-time and based in one of the following locations: Abuja, Lagos, or Niger State. The role focuses on leading family medicine services at a senior level while delivering high-quality patient care and guiding clinical teams in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients within the family medicine scope while operating at a consultant leadership level.
- Lead and mentor clinical teams, fostering high standards of medical practice and patient safety.
- Oversee clinical governance, ensure adherence to professional guidelines, and contribute to the development and improvement of family medicine services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to coordinate patient care, streamline processes, and optimize outcomes.
- Participate in strategic planning and program development relevant to family medicine within the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Family Physician with demonstrated leadership capabilities suitable for a consultant-level role.
- Full-time availability.
- Willingness or ability to work in Abuja, Lagos, or Niger State, as needed by the organization.
